Starting on January 17th, 2023, the first Upper Deck e-Packs (digital cards) were released. These were intended to be released weekly for 9 weeks, but were put on hold after the first week.
There were 1:12.2 odds that purchasing a pack would include a Neopets Weekly Series Code Card. This digital card would need to be redeemed for a physical copy (for an additional fee). The physical card included a code that could be redeemed at Grundo Warehouse for a prize from the following pool.
At San Diego Comic-Con 2023, the first cards from a new TCG set were released as a convention-exclusive Promo Pack. Each pack contained a Grundo Warehouse card which could be scratched off to reveal an RIC. Redeeming this code at Grundo Warehouse issued an exclusive avatar.
A slightly different Promo Pack was released at Gen Con 2023 which also contained a Grundo Warehouse card for the avatar.

Purchase the Upper Deck SDCC Battledome TCG Promo Pack while at San Diego Comic-Con 2023 or the Gen Con Battledome TCG Promo Pack while at Gen Con 2023 and redeem the included Rare Item Code.

On May 15, 2024, the Battledome TCG had a pre-release in select stores in Canada. The US release dropped on June 26, 2024, and was still only possible to obtain at some Upper Deck Diamond Dealer retailers or directly from UD.
Possibly found in the Battledome TCG Defenders of Neopia Booster Pack, only 1 in every 24 packs contains a Grundo Warehouse card which can be scratched off to reveal an RIC. Redeeming this code at Grundo Warehouse issues an item prize from the following pool of exclusive items.
The Battledome TCG Fire Uni Starter Deck and Battledome TCG Starry Acara Starter Deck each come with a code that can be redeemed for a corresponding exclusive avatar.
