In late June of 2023, a partnership between What's Your Passion (WYP) and UCC Distributing was announced for a series of pins designed and manufactured by WYP but sold by UCC. The first series of blind box pins was launched at San Diego Comic-Con 2023 and initially only available for purchase at the convention. During the convention weekend, it was announced these pins will be available for purchase starting "later in the year" at Hot Topic and Box Lunch. It is expected more retail partnerships will be announced in the coming months.
As of November 6th, 2023, some Hot Topic stores began stocking the pins, with a 33% price increase over the SDCC launch. They will continue to roll out to all Hot Topic stores in the US this fall. It is unconfirmed if Hot Topic will stock them in Canadian stores.
Beginning in January of 2024, the pins started stocking in some Go! stores in malls in the US. At the end of January, 2024, the pins finally appeared for purchase online at Hot Topic.
This series contains 14 total pins - 12 normal and two rare chase variants, all featuring unconverted (UC) pet art. Each pin comes in a box and a code card is within each box.
The boxes containing the normal pins will contain a code card with one of three different prefixes, each corresponding to a different set of item prizes. The prefixes for the normal pin codes are any of WY29, WY30, or WY31. At this point it is believed any normal pin will contain any of these three code cards randomly with no known correlation between specific pin and specific code prefix.

This code had non-exclusive retired TCG RIC items added in error in early November, 2023. These were believed to have been intended to be added instead to the WY29 pool, but they were removed again within a week.

The Kougra chase variant pin comes with a code for an item specific to only this pin. The prefix for this code is WY32 and will issue the following item.
The Xweetok chase variant pin comes with a code for an item specific to only this pin. The prefix for this code is WY41 and will issue the following item.
At San Diego Comic-Con 2024, the UCC booth sold a limited run of an exclusive 25th Anniversary Shoyru Plushie. Each plushie came with a code that awarded the following.
The Neopets Holographic Trading Stickers Pack launched in October, 2024. Each pack contains a Group Pets Virtual Prize Code Sticker that has an RIC with one of nine different prefixes, although there are only two different sets of item prizes.
