Though her name implies evil, the Darkest Faerie was not always a villain. She originally was one of Altador's 12 Great Heroes! In her thirst for power, however, she succumbed to the dark side, betraying the kingdom in an attempt to make herself the sole ruler of Altador. Her powerful dark plot invoked the wrath of Queen Fyora, who cast her away under the sea for 1,000 years. She eventually escaped to the land of Meridell with the same ominous takeover plans in mind.
