On May 22, 2025, Neopets announced a return promotion with tsun scoops (stylized in all lowercase letters) as part of their monthly update. This was the second collaboration between Neopets and tsun scoops, following up an earlier promotion from November/December 2024.
Tsun Scoops - New Limited Edition Merchandise
In August 2025, keep an eye out for Tsun Scoops, a limited-edition line of Neopets merchandise. These unique items are a must-have for all collectors and fans.

The windows of the store had stickers for the promotion.
The inside featured standees of four faeries holding ice cream.
The images on the wall behind them are from Winx, not Neopets!
The in-store menu screen was also updated with a Neopets-themed graphic.
Four flavours of Neopets ice cream were available.
Each order of ice cream came with a Meepit-shaped shortbread cookie!
Ice cream was served in a Neopets-themed cup.
Four spoons were available, one for each faerie featured in the promotion.

A table of merch for sale was set up inside the store.
Keychains featuring four different faeries were available for $9.99 each.
A hoodie was available for $65.
A t-shirt was available for $35.
Unlike the 2024 promotion, the keychains and clothing were also available through an online preorder. Online orders of the keychain were promised for delivery in December 2025.
The keychains include a rare item code on the cardboard backing. For more information on what they awarded, check out our rare item code guide. These codes are separate than the codes given out for purchasing ice cream, which you can read about in the next section here!
A card with a rare item code was provided alongside any ice cream purchase along with proof of following Neopets on any social media platform.
The codes would start with TU03 and would randomly award one of the following items:
