On September 16th, 2004, Neopets announced a promotion with Jamba Juice, in which Neopians could order a real-life smoothie based on in-game items:

For a limited time if you go into your local Jamba Juice you can order a Neopets Tigerfruit Smoothie! It is NOT on the menu, so you have to ask for it. The first 24 people to ask for a Neopets Tigerfruit Smoothie will get one of eight collectable badges!From New Features, September 16, 2004
These smoothies were not on the menu; they had to be specifically requested. It continued while supplies lasted, ending at an unknown date.
The special smoothie available in-store was based on the Tigerfruit.
The base flavour of the smoothie was apple, strawberry, and banana. The smoothie also came with edible crystals made by Jhuidah that, when mixed in, changed the colour and flavour profile of the smoothie. The flavour of these crystals is unknown.
The first 24 people to order a Tigerfruit smoothie at each Jamba Juice location received one of eight collectible buttons:
A Neopets-themed sticker was also available to in-store customers.
Back in Neopia, Jamba Juice was promoted in a few places.
A promotional landing page was created at neopets.com/jambajuice, and can still be viewed on the Neopets website. (Albeit, Flash is required to view it.)
For the first time in the history of Neopets there is a real drink available for Neopets members, families and friends. It's called a Tigerfruit Smoothie and you can get it at your local Jamba Juice. It's NOT on the menu, so remember to ask for the Tigerfruit Smoothie. And don't forget to get your Tigerfruit Crystals to mix with your smoothie. Based on image files from Neopets, it appears that the original plan was to release two flavours. The mascot was also originally planned to be a Red Kougra, though ultimately became a White Kougra.
At some point, it was decided to only release one flavor, and the initial option was the Snowberry Smoothie. However, as seen above, this was replaced with Tigerfruit in the final version of the promotion.
The scrapped flavor was planned to be based on the Snowberry.
