Makeship Illusen & Jhudora Pre-Order Lauched and Last Call for Neopia Quest & YouTooz!

Makeship has just launched their next pre-order for plush Illusen and Jhudora dolls, available until May 7th. Each plushie will come with a Rare Item Code for a currently unknown item. The estimated shipping date is July 31, 2026.

Makeship plushies are guaranteed pre-orders, meaning the plushies will be produced-to-order based on the pre-order quantity. They will not be available for purchase after the pre-order window closes.

Also as a reminder, a few other pieces of merch have upcoming deadlines:

The crowdfunding campaign for the Neopia Quest board game by Ghostfire will end on Saturday April 18th at 4 PM NST. Several items are exclusive to the campaign including, but not limited to, posters, enamel pins, stickers, and a puzzle. You do not have to purchase a board game in order to purchase the other items.

The preorders for the YouTooz Plushie Shoyru and Plushie JubJub have been extended by 10 days and now end on Thursday April 30th at 12 noon NST. There is also a community goal of 2,600 sales to unlock an exclusive new avatar, which is approximately 50% met at the time of writing.

I would go in on the boardgame, but after the travesty around the last one, I am doing no such thing and will not for a long time; not until Neopets proves reliable in that they won't just pull out of stuff, leaving players in the lurch!

@dragon IMO the 2600 mark is fairly ambitious. although we don't have public sale data for their previous 2 collabs (baby Aisha and island Usuki), we do know that Lord Kass from Makeship sold 1,111 units.

YouTooz also does not offer combined shipping so if you choose to purchase both plushies you will pay shipping twice which imo is likely a significant factor in people choosing to buy one over the other and they may have made the goal expecting lots of people to buy both

which would make them selling ~1000 to date consistent with known numbers from Makeship's similar run

People are always saying TNT can't *help* monetizing everything, they have to keep the lights on, but if they're so desperate for cash, why are they releasing these instead of irl versions of the on-site faerie dolls people have been begging for for YEARS?

@galaxyeyes: They did and that was wrong. The other side of the coin though, if Geekify's version of events is to be fully believed, then it was more a cry for help because TNT wouldn't give them any feedback, so they hoped the fans would.

These plushies are cute though! Not going to join in on the campaign, but they're cute~! ^^

I also wish, as with every other thing they have been making, that it didn't look so childish. The faeries on the website have always looked like they were sassy 20-somethings to me, but these plushies made them look like weird young-old loompas.

I guess I really don't mind Jhudora being barefoot, she might very well always be because most of the time we seldom if ever see her feet. What do *we* know?

I do mind that her dress isn't long enough to cover her feet, because in most images of Jhudora her dress is very long indeed and usually has some sort of Morticia Addams octopus/spider train going on at the bottom. That's *why* we never see her feet.

@ apophis324 -- I understand geekify's perspective on wanting more feedback, but breaking a contract like that destroyed the project like, immediately. if they wanted feedback from fans I'm sure there were better ways to do that.
