Because playing with toys does not consume the item, this item can be used by multiple players without limit, similar to last November's 25th Anniversary Birthday Bash Attendee Medal that awarded the "25th Anniversary - Birthday Bash" avatar.
This avatar was technically first available back in April, as TNT had provided early access to codes for some influencers they partnered with to market the product. However, at that time, the code itself is what awarded the avatar, an approach that TNT has since changed. Now that the product is being shipped out to the general public and the avatar is unlocked from a non-consumable item rather than directly from a rare item code, the avatar is becoming more widely available.
