Today, TNT have sent out an email for those who have ordered neohoods and calendars. As we previously reported, TNT intend to award 500 NC to everyone who ordered due to the issues with delivery. However, the usernames TNT selected to award the NC to were in many cases side or frozen accounts. Here's the text of today's email:

We have received reports that the usernames we provided in the last email dated January 12th, 2024 may be inaccessible to you. We’re so sorry for the error! You may use the form below to update which of your accounts receives the complimentary NC.
Please submit your updated account information using the form here before 21 January 2024:

All updates must be submitted before the deadline or the complimentary Neocash will be sent to the account listed in the original email.
