Also, the options for Altador and Lost Desert are swapped for their Image Preview. I wanted to get an LD one, but now I'm nervous about which option they're give me. I'll just wait until they fix it haha

Conflicted emotions, here. On the one hand it's cool to see Pride themed Neopets merch, on the other hand it's pretty rich coming right on the heels of their absolute non-response to the queerphobia shown by their new besties Metaverse. It seems they're unwilling to take a true stand or even make a clear statement about that BS, but they're more than happy to cash in on the same people they marginalized by failing to take a stand.
If there was ever any chance of me buying a Neopets T it would be one of these, but I just feel so....

^If it makes you feel better all indications is that all decisions involving NFTs were made from the top (JumpStart/NetDragon) and TNT is just kind of stuck dealing with it like the rest of us. TNT had repeatedly tried to distance themselves from the metaverse fiasco when it was going down. It's clear that TNT is fans of the brand just like the community, it's those up top who don't see things the same way.

Enough with the merchandise!!!!! You'll be buying stuff and 6th months later neopets will fold, and you'll look like a moron with that tee shirt on. Or like a traitor to the players who are begging the site to put resources into fixing the site!. You're paying to advertise their questionable product - they should pay you for walking around with the ir ad on your back.
What are we? Are we so weak? The hang a shiny on a stick and we intently forget about the chaos and shabbiness that it neopets? I'm sick of it.

Just once, just ONCE I would like a hoodie with a KD logo on the BACK. I don't like all these T-shirts with the logo on the front! Not a huge fan of the Pride shirt designs, either, sadly.
Not that it matters, they probably still don't ship to me anyway.

Be proud, live loud? Why? Can't we just live a peaceful, quiet life? And while the message on these shirts is a good one, the world just doesn't agree. That is a VERY sad truth that SHOULD change.. though I doubt some Neopets tees are going to make that difference.

@mavegibson - You hit the nail on the head. Until JS themselves come out and admit that going with their initial Metaverse team was a terrible idea, and that they don't condone anything that the team did or said, any attempts to pander to the LGBT crowd have just as much merit as Disney doing the same - except with maybe even less sincerity, since a major Disney show (that just finished its 2nd season) DOES feature a lesbian relationship involving the protagonist. Neopia, on the other hand, has had exactly...0 real attempts at LGBT characters ever. @_@

So many of us are staying silent because they’re afraid that if we say something it will hurt our chances of ever getting a job with Neopets and revitalizing it…
NetDragon has been poisoning the well ever since they acquired Neopets and the only way to get Neopets back is if somebody who actually cares about not only the IP but the LOYAL HEARTED USERS buys the IP from NetDragon.
A few people asked about if Crowd-Funding is possible.
Is it? I’d definitely contribute!

If they didn't want Neopets, they would have pulled the plug on the site a long time ago. Why bother keeping it around if it's such a waste of resources for them, after all?

Agree it's super weird for them to use "Altador Cup '22" instead of "Altador Cup XVII" if they found "Year 24" confusing or whatever.
@neocoladude, Shenkuu's AC team blurb this year reveals that its captain is lesbian/bisexual, but her girlfriend is an unnamed off-screen character, so while this is an okay first step, it's still pretty non-commital imo. Then again, aside from within canon characters and storylines, "relationships" between Neopets are still against the rules probably, so lol.
