Earlier today, TNT sent out a mass email to everyone who pre-ordered the Neohoods late last year. There have been numerous issues with fulfilling these orders, from lack of tracking numbers, to few receiving their first choice in species, to delivery taking a little longer than expected.
As a make-good, TNT is awarding everyone who ordered 500 NC as an apology for the various issues in the process and have said they've "learned from this experience and will work hard to ensure a smoother sales experience in the future."
However, the Neocash is being listed as sent into incorrect Neopets accounts. Rather than your main Neopets account receiving the NC, many Neopians have reported that their side accounts will be receiving, or worse, old side accounts that have been frozen or purged in the past.
If you're one of the affected Neopians, we recommend that that you
submit a ticket and file it under the MERCHANDISE category so the correct member of TNT receives it quickly.

As many of you know, there have been some unforeseen issues with the delivery of Neohoods and 2024 Neopets Calendars.
From missing tracking codes to delivery delays, it seems there were a few issues with our shipping partner caused by a miscommunication between our teams. These issues have since been resolved, but we know this has been really frustrating every Neopian affected. We are deeply sorry for inconvenience and appreciate the patience you showed us while we worked towards a solution.
Below you’ll find the tracking number for your order. If your Neopets merchandise has not yet arrived, you can use this to keep an eye on shipping progress on the carrier’s website.
