The second official Neopets graphic novel, Neopets: The Discarded Magical Blue Grundo Plushie of Prosperity was released on November 4! Jellyneo staff have now had the chance to read the novel, and we're excited to share our review! Check it out for our takes on the novel's art, plot, and role in Neopian lore:


The graphic novel is available nearly anywhere books are sold. As we've previously shared, it contains a universal item code redeemable by all players (no purchase required!) at Grundo Warehouse:

Event Trophy + Free Neocash + Capsule
If you visit the Neopets homepage you will be awarded a new trophy if you qualify (those that have logged in during the last year):


(There is a different set of rewards for returning accounts that have not been active in the last year, but we have yet to confirm if this is active.)

As with previous years, do not be alarmed if the NC is not immediately granted to your account. You will get a notification but the actual NC grant may lag behind it significantly. Remember, as this is an NC award, it is fine to claim this on your side accounts.

Wheel of Celebration Returns

The Wheel of Celebration has also returned, and you may now spin twice (don't forget the second spin!) per day until November 22nd. Premium members may spin again immediately, and non-Premium Neopians can watch an ad for a second spin. (We are seeing reports of the "Watch an Ad" being flaky—keep trying, it seems to work eventually.)

We are still gathering information on the prizes for this year's wheel, so let us know in the comments what you get! The avatar slice this year will award a curated list of retired avatars if you already have the Pandora avatar from last year's festivities.

New Treasure Map
Among the new prizes for the Wheel of Celebration is a new Treasure Map set with a birthday theme.


Obviously, the prizes for turning in the map are still to be determined—stay tuned as the pieces flow into Neopia and we gather data!

Last week, Neopets launched a partnership with beverage company MADRINAS. The collaboration includes a Neopets-branded cold brew mix, as well as a collector's box that includes a shaker cup, special box, and extra rare item codes.
